Can you ship me the bed?
- We do not ship beds for at-home install. The process is significantly more complicated than just a few bolts.

Can you hold a spot for me?
- All install slots are first come, first serve, based on when we receive your 50% initial deposit. We DO NOT hold spots.

How long does install take?
- On midsize and full-size trucks, installs take about a week. Our chassis cab installs take about two weeks for installation.

What truck should I buy?
- Completely up to you! We have beds for almost every make and model. Reach out to us if you do not see your make and model on the website. We are also more than happy to talk you through all the potential options each truck/bed combo has. Give us a call!

What comes standard with your beds?
- Every Bowen bed comes with standard waterproof lower boxes, recessed mounted aircraft grade L-track and a black textured powder coat. Your specific model, such as a Camper or Topper Bed, may also include upper boxes.

Can I keep all my factory sensors and cameras?
- We will relocate the factory back up camera from your tailgate, and your factory back up sensors (if you have them) into your new Bowen Bed.

Why can't I keep my blindspot sensors?
- The Blindspot Monitoring System (Lane Assist) will be deleted in this process as there is simply no place to put them in your new bed. 

What happens to my stock bed?
- We recycle stock beds every so often. If you'd like to keep yours, let us know and we can accommodate or you are more than welcome to take the stock bed off yourself prior to drop off.

How do you secure my camper to the bed?
- The camper is secured via manufacturer recommendations. Whether that be turnbuckles, Torklift Fastguns, or manufacturer supplied equipment.

What are the dimensions of the bed?
- For most beds, we can provide a dimensional PDF file AFTER your 50% deposit has been placed.

Can I have a slide out drawer on my camper bed?
- Our camper beds have the lowest possible deck height in the industry. There is no room for a drawer without pushing the camper center of gravity higher, which negates the purpose of the low deck height (camper/topper bed models).

What size tires can fit in the wheel wells?
- Our wheel wells can easily fit up to a 40" tire without rubbing.

Can I get some progress pictures?
- We can take before and after photos. However, some our our processes are proprietary and during photos are subject to approval by the Bowen Team.

Can you do suspension work to help with additional weight?
- We do not do any suspension or electrical uplifting in our shop, however, we can refer you to a partner that does.

Can you do an interior build out?
- Currently, we do not offer interior living space builds in our beds.
